Refund & Billing Policy
This Refund & Billing Policy applies to KhomaAPI, a product of KhomaAlgorithms LLC ("KhomaAlgorithms", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions begin immediately
When you subscribe, your paid access and billing begin immediately. You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout through our payment provider, Whop.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Elite, Founder, and others we may offer) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, Whop. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will provide notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account or your Whop subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which paid features end. We do not pro-rate or refund unused time.
5. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable. Because you receive immediate, ongoing access to the Service upon subscribing, we do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction. This includes monthly and annual plans and any one-time or founder offers. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for keeping your payment method current.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us first at support@khomaalgorithms.net and we will work to resolve it promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Exceptional refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances (for example, a confirmed duplicate charge). Doing so once does not obligate us to do so again and does not change this policy.
