Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of KhomaAPI, a product of KhomaAlgorithms LLC ("KhomaAlgorithms", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. Lawful use only
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities, futures, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions laws, and the rules of any broker or proprietary trading firm you connect.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- Use the Service for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Violate the terms, rules, or evaluations of any broker or prop firm, or use the Service to misrepresent your trading to a prop firm.
- Access or use another person's account without authorization, or share your account credentials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or create derivative works of the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, including via bots, denial-of-service, or excessive automated requests beyond normal use.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach its security or authentication measures.
- Upload malware or any code intended to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except under a written agreement with us (e.g., our Enterprise/white-label plan).
- Use the Service to provide investment advice or managed-account services to others unless you are properly licensed and authorized to do so.
- Infringe the intellectual property or rights of KhomaAlgorithms or any third party, including Tradovate's trademarks or brand.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the strategies, signals, and risk parameters you configure and for all activity on your connected accounts. You must monitor your accounts and not rely solely on automated controls.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. Termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to any refund.
